About Beni

Hi there! My name is Beni Whiteseth (they/them pronouns) and I am a native Portlander that loves everything PNW - all things living and green, waterfalls, swimming during the summer in all of the bodies of water, maintaining a thriving a garden, rockhounding, and really good food. I live with my lovely wife (who is a 9 year practicing tattoo artist) in North Portland with our two dogs, four cats and outdoor birds. I’ve always considered myself an artist, though my chosen medium has changed over the years: a photographer, an illustrator, a graphic designer, a writer, a ceramicist, a musician, and most recently a tattoo artist. This has been a longtime-goal of mine and I’m excited to give you art you can carry with you everywhere you go.

I love asking questions, digging into the nitty-gritty of life and pushing myself to learn every day. I am a proponent of change and believe that we can always become better people with work and dedication. As a trans/non-binary person, I make it a personal mission of mine to provide a safe and comfortable place to get tattooed where you can be entirely yourself. I truly love people, helping others, and my chosen family.
